Welcome to Marietta Animal Hospital. I am senior Marketing Consultant and Customer Relations Manager "Chianna" Teem. I am a U.F. graduate, like my mom Dr. Rene Cinque, and I hold multiple degrees in Business Management, Finance, and Squirrel Chasing. I am also a Bone Cancer(called "Osteosarcoma") survivor, as you may have noticed my missing leg. When I was 1 1/2 years old and just completing my first degree, I was diagnosed with bone cancer just above my right wrist. It is a very aggressive cancer and it spreads quickly, so I went to the specialists in Orange Park. Dr Goring is an Orthopedic surgeon, who preformed my amputation and Dr. Walker is an Internal Medicine specialist, who followed with 6 series of chemotherapy. It wasn't as bad as my Dad thought it would be and I've been doing great ever since. We all thought that I might not live as long as the other kids, but as of  December of 2007, I am three years cancer free (That's a record in Orange Park, you know) I'm very pleased about the new building we moved into in October of 2007 and I'd like to show you around my place, And a big thanks to Dr. Cinque, who helped me out with new building and all.

Check out the handicapped parking for "Handi-capable" kids and parents like me.

ws016_1.jpg

I wanted the lobby to be a warm and welcome place.

ws019_1.jpg

I'm always ready to meet new people and pets.

Our exam rooms have plenty of space.

ws087_1.jpg

Benches are for parents, but I like them too.

ws028_1.jpg

Mom uses this scale to watch my weight and limit my treats...not my favorite!

ws045_1.jpg

We have a new digital x-ray machine. Very cool!

ws029_2.jpg

Mom takes radiographs of my chest on a regular basis to see if my cancer comes back. I get nervous every time.

ws034_1.jpg

Our pharmacy area gives us access to all the exam rooms. Hey, there's Red Dog!

ws096_1.jpg

Our computers are located throughout the clinic to access information and stay current. I'm gonna have to check that cat, I think we are missing a mouse.

ws042_1.jpg

We have a laboratory area to run bloodwork in-house and a dental treatment tub.

ws093_1.jpg

How did this kitty get out again? He must really need a good teeth cleaning.

ws039_1.jpg

We have cages in the treatment area, so I can keep an eye on patients before and after surgery.

ws049_1.jpg

We have cages away from the others for the very sick patients, so they can rest.

ws082_1.jpg

We have kennels for big and tall dogs, too, so they don't have to be squashed into a smaller cage.

ws073_1.jpg

I really like my backyard. Lots of room to run and play.

ws052_1.jpg

We have a grooming room with a tub, walk-in shower, and drying cages.

ws055_1.jpg

The tub is huge...and Red Dog sure does look miserable. Ha Ha!

ws048_1.jpg

Surgery is quiet with great lighting, so Dr Cinque can really concetrate.

Gotta go now. My gator is in bad shape, but I think I can save him.
