Payment Options
You're going to give me that shot, Where?! I think I'm feeling better.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We now offer Care Credit as a payment option. CareCredit is similar to other major credit cards. Every CareCredit transaction is eligible for a No Interest or Low Interest Payment Plan. You can apply by calling 1(800) 365 - 8295 or online at www.carecredit.com
Insurance For Your Pets
Veterinary medicine has taken huge leaps forward in the past 10 years, which allows us to offer more diagnostic and treaments options than ever before. Pets are living longer and healthier lives with better nutrition and preventative care. General practioners can offer digital radiographs and extensive in-hospital diagnostics to allow for more efficient treatment options. Speciality and critical care clinics can do nearly everything a human hospital can with substantially kinder bedside manners. There are new medications that target specific problems and can have fewer side effects, which make them safer. Unfortunately, all these options come with a larger price tag and can put a financial strain on many families. Pet insurance is making it possible for the average family to afford more advanced and extended care for their pets. However, pet insurance is most effective when you cover your pet before any major problems occur. Unfortunately, most people don't think about this until after they have a problem..

We will provide estimates for services whenever possible, so you may make an educated decision about your pets care and treatment. Please advise us of any restrictions you may have in advance. It is not our place to judge you, therefore we will recommend the very best care for each and every patient we see. We will not make assumptions about how extensive you wish your pets care to be. We will simply offer you our best advice in caring for your pet. The final decision is always yours. If you are unable to follow our recommendations, we will offer you options, whenever we can. Sometimes, medical decisions can be emotional and stressful, so it is our job to give you the information you need to make the best decision possible for your situation. We won't always have all the answers you need and, sometimes, we can't always predict what will happen. Be assured, that we won't advise anything for you and your family that we wouldn't consider for our own. If you are unsure or unclear about any of your pets care, please let us know right away, so we can help you understand.
Please, remember, it is always more cost effective to prevent a problem, rather than treat one. Once a problem has presented itself, treament is more effective and less expensive when done earlier and not later. Sometimes, the 'wait and see' approach can make things much worse.
